IN PERSON
When we become fixed in our perceptions, we lose our ability to fly”
—Mingyur Rinpoche
At the heart of what we struggle with in life is often a very limited sense of who we are. We can impose ideas of self that keep us feeling bound and separate. Moderated by ABC host Natasha Mitchell, Tibetan meditation master Mingyur Rinpoche, professor Monima Chadha and senior researcher Aydogan Kars, will explore how we can transform this limited perception of ourselves to a space of greater freedom and connection. Drawing on the wisdom and practices of different spiritual traditions and science, the panel will offer not only a philosophical discussion but practices that can help us to discover our innate wellbeing.
A collaboration between Tergar Australia and The Monash Centre for Consciousness and Contemplative Studies.
