Thursday Night Community Meeting

This term we are exploring the Essential Elements of Meditation Practice: Forming a Compassionate View, Letting go of Expectations and Sharing the Results of Practice with all beings. We will explore these using Mingyur Rinpoche’s teaching format, looking and experiencing firstly through the lense of the view, then meditation and finally through application.

There is no cost to attend, however donations are warmly welcome and accepted here.

Zoom link opens at 6:45 for pre-meeting casual conversation and catch-ups.

Regular programming from 7:00pm – 8:00pm.

Extra meditation from 8:00 – 8:15 for those who wish to stay.
